About Our Brownies
How it all begun...
A lot of kids spent parts of two summers in the kitchen with us baking about a dozen brownie recipes until we finally came up with a batch we believe is worthy of our children and adults will enjoy too!
A wonderfully worthy Better Detroit Brownie has a crunchy crust on top, dense, and not too cakey in the middle, and a beautiful balance of flavor, texture and taste.
