A lot of kids spent parts of two summers in the kitchen with us baking about a dozen brownie recipes until we finally came up with a batch we believe is worthy of our children and adults will enjoy too!
A wonderfully worthy Better Detroit Brownie has a crunchy crust on top, dense, and not too cakey in the middle, and a beautiful balance of flavor, texture, and taste.
Better Detroit Brownies are 2” x 3” in size, and baked-to-order with all-natural ingredients, dark chocolate chips, and premium cocoa powder.
Available in two delicious gourmet varieties: Dark Cocoa, and Sweet & Spicy (our most popular), helping our children never tasted so good!
If you want to “go nuts” over every bite of your Better Detroit Brownie, walnuts, pecans, and cashews can be added to your order for an additional $3.00 per batch.
Better Detroit Brownies are freshly bakes, and delivered, shipped or available for pick up at two locations (midtown Detroit or Rochester Hills).

Brownies have a 30-day shelf life at room temperature. They last longer and taste better when refrigerated, and last much longer when frozen, then thawed.
